ABOUT TOMOKO
I’m a creative leader with over 15 years of experience spanning product, brand, and digital experiences. Most recently, I was at Airbnb, leading cross-functional initiatives and shaping products at a global scale. Before that, I built teams at Angi, helped evolve the design system at Glossier, and led client work at agencies including Work & Co and Huge.
Today, I’m based in Japan and collaborate with clients globally. Through my independent studio, I work with founders, agencies, and in-house teams to turn complex challenges into thoughtful products, brands, and experiences. I combine hands-on design expertise with strategic thinking to create work that connects with people and drives meaningful results.
